Versa Lite screen won't turn on

Im not trying to start a new thread, but cant find another way to contact fitbit support.

My screen stopped counting steps and responding to touch. I am using a fitbit clock face and got the watch 10 months ago (last Christmas). Then it started selecting and scrolling through apps on its own. I charged it, restarted several times, then finally did a Factory reset. Now it wont turn on at all.

Hi @Heyitsstephanie, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the screen and steps tracking issues that your Versa has experienced. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

Since you mentioned that your Versa won't turn on at all, I'd like to know if it vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

I’m having the same issue since 10/27 the screen went black. I did the factory reset, it’s fully charged and never let it get too low since my other Versa never came back when it was at 20% during an update. Mine still counts steps, heart rate, sleep and everything else. My screen is black. I was using a Fitbit screen when it happened and I changed it to another one just to see if it would reset and show the screen, it won’t. I’ve purchased 7 fitbits over the years (4 for myself, others were gifts for others). This is my 3rd one to have the black screen. I’m not rough with my Versa and it looks brand new still. No scratches or abrasions. I have had it for 11 months now (as of about a week ago). I’m very disappointed about this. I have the Versa (1st edition). I don’t want one with Alexa it’s why I didn’t want an Apple Watch. I don’t want Siri either. I just wanted what you guys used to offer with the Versa and Charge 2. I had the charge 3 which dies in 7 months. It still looks new. I never could get that to work and Fitbit couldn’t/wouldn’t help with that after being online with customer service switching me to different people asking me to do the same stuff I’d already done. Yes... I’m very frustrated at this point.
