My Versa 2 is not providing updates of text or email.

my versa 2 has stopped providing text, email, call notifications. i have restarted my watch, reset my notifications on the app. please advise

Hi @fatemamer  What phone are you using? Check that you dont have Do Not Disturb turned on (swipe down and select the two while ovals that come up in the top right corner. Do not disturb is the white circle with the line in it)

Google pixel 3. The notification were working absolutely fine till a couple
days ago. They suddenly stopped working.

Ok thanks. I do tknow of any particular problems with that phone, so hopefully if you go through THIS Hel Article on Notifications you can solve the problem. If the problem is still there when uou have tried everything, then contact Customer Support
