Hi All,
I have a fit bit Versa 2 and the watch face isn't responding when pressing down on the face plate. This issue started, when I enable a pin because I was going to use the Versa for purchasing subway rides. Now, the face plate will not will not respond to to my swipes. Sometimes, if I really push down on the glass like I'm going to break it then once in awhile the I will be able to access the apps on watch. But most of the time nothing happens and on those rare occasions, I'm able to access the apps on the watch. I can swipe for days and the menus don't change. I have re-started the watch to no avail. Any ideas would be welcome.

Hello @mandb241
I understand you have already tried restarting your Fitbit Versa 2 and it didn’t resolve the issue. Before contacting Fitbit Customer Service look at this article I found here:https://smarthomestarter.com/why-is-my-fitbit-not-working-when-i-tap-it/
It contains some awesome troubleshooting tips. I’d also recommend if your using a third party watch try changing it back to the original clock face to see if that helps. Here’s how: open Fitbit app, tap profile picture, scroll down and tap Versa 2. Change your clock face here. Sync to accept the change.
😃Please let me know if the article answered your question and resolved the problem. Keep me updated…I’m crossing my fingers it helps.

No, this did not work. The face plate no longer work. I have factory re-set. Reinstalled the watch itself. It's just a worthless trinket now.
