Versa won't charge

Never had a problem with my Versa until yesterday when I received low battery indication.  I put it on the charger and after a couple of minutes the Fitbit logo flashed on the screen. After about an hour I figured it was charger however it won't turn on??  The app shows last sync was yesterday at 6:38 pm and battery is at 17%.  Charger is working fine as I tried my daughter's Versa and it charged fine.

Any help greatly appreciated.   Thanks

Hi there, @Denise24. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and already testing your charging cable. I understand where your concern is coming from.

As a first approach, please try restarting your Versa. For instruction, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If the restart doesn't work and you haven't felt a vibration on your watch during this process, I recommend trying the following steps:

  • Clean the charging contacts on the back of your device using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
  • If the error "insufficient power source" appears on your device's screen, remove other devices plugged in to your power source, or plug your device in to another source.
  • Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
  • Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  • Restart your Fitbit once again. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Hope that helps.
