why does my versa 2 not automatically sync and I can't manually sync it during the day

Hi there @suzie5, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the syncing difficulties you've been having with your Versa 2.

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and that they have helped you with this. I'm sure that from now on everything should be working correctly.

Having the same issue with Versa 2 not syncing correctly. I have tried restarting and removing everything from Bluetooth and restarting the phone. I believe it is terrible that you posted a link for a supposed fix that leads to a fitbit page that offers absolutely NO fix to this issue addressed.
