My Versa 2 is not syncing.

hi yall anyone else not able to sinc again? This happen a little over a month ago and we were told to use a different versions so I never update, does anyone know of we need to update or what else I can do?

You should be able to sync your Fitbit Versa 2 without any problem.

 

To resolve syncing issues, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps.

 

Whether this doesn't help, you can set up your watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab Fitbit logo and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
