My Versa 2 is not syncing

Since yestaerdy July 21 My verdad 2, does not syncronyze with My ohone Moto g7 plus (Android).

I received a message "no hemos podido sincronizar tu versa"

When i try to stablisj a Bluetooth conevtion, versa2 reject they they operación

To resolve syncing issues, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps.

 

In addition, you can set up your Fitbit Versa 2 as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1626989800189.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
