My Versa 2 purchased 5/20/2020 is dead, I have tried using a different charging device in a different plug, pressed side button for over a minute with no icon showing up on screen, cleaned back of watch and chargers with rubbing alcohol, tapped the side button to see if it was stuck. none of these things worked.
The watch is in perfect condition other that being non-functional. Any ideas or suggestions?
