My Versa 2 has all the problems reported by others. I have tried all the suggested remedies and problems remain. I am left with a unreliable watch that goes flat. When will Fitbit release an update to fix these problems.

Update on my problem.
After monitoring battery drain on my Versa 2 I was offered free replacement or 50% discount on alternative product. Surely same thing would happen with replacement? So opted for Sense.

Not really. Battery is not lasting as long after update and they tell me it is normal! Nonsense. Clearly denying update was faulty. Maybe they hope I’ll upgrade? More likely to go elsewhere.
