My Versa 2 is saying couldn't read SpO2

This is the 3rd morning my versa 2 is saying couldn't read spo2 my watch has the latest update it was updated 3 days ago anybody any ideas as its important I keep an eye on my spo2

I was in touch with customer support who assured me someone would email me ASAP with a solution hopefully but so far I've not heard anything maybe be in touch 2moro with me
