I’m not sure what is going on with my Versa 2 lately. The watch face is dim or non-existent in bright daylight and will randomly flip through all the stats screens repeatedly. I have to constantly restart the watch to get it to stop. I currently have the spO2 watch face and I’m wondering if I switched it back to the original watch face if that help resolve the problem. This is my third Fitbit and while I love the technology the Versa 2 seems to be failing the fastest. Hoping that I can resolve the issue without having to buy a replacement.

Thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community, @lisajl27.
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Versa 2. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.
I would recommend trying a different clock face to see if there is any change.

Thanks EdsonFitbit. I changed the watch face after I sent my initial message. The app has also been updated.
I hope that the watch performance improves.
