No sure what is happening. When my watch was off my wrist and laying on the counter I kept hearing it vibrating against the tile like every 20 minutes or so.
Today when I was wearing it the same thing. I thought maybe it was some sort of alarm so I made sure the alarm button was off.
I've had the watch for a few weeks and it never did this before until the other day.
How do I stop this as it is very annoying!
Thanks,
Whitekat

@whitekat it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa vibrates all of a sudden for a while.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hi JaunJo,
I did what you mentioned in your reply and it still vibrates but not as often.
Any other ideas or should I wait a couple of days to see if the vibrating stops completely 😊
Thanks for your reply,
Whitekat

@whitekat, thank you for getting back and trying the recommended troubleshooting steps.
I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful for this type of issues. Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data. Finally,
Let me know how it goes.
