First and easiest troubleshooting step is usually a restart: hold in side button about 10 seconds, until get Fitbit logo displayed.

Thanks, Johnny. I did that. It comes back but then a couple of minutes later, it starts the twilight zone again. I tried going through the app, and setup. Also didn't work.
