Versa lite keeps on not syncing

I bought the versa lite in November 2020 and while the device does everything I need to aid in my health journey, it keeps on unsyncing. I've done all the troubleshooting (Bluetooth repairing, WiFi connections, rebooting) when I press the sync button on the fitbit app, there's always a problem. My only solution is to unpair the device from my phone ans repair. So since I've had the device I've repaired countless amount of times after going through all the normal troubleshooting steps. At one point I wanted to sell this one and get one of the more expensive ones but now I'm worried I'll have to go through the same issues.

Same here it has been beyond frustrating! I have tried everything and still no sync for 7 hours. Basically the app is worthless, I have fought it for weeks. I plan on doing an upgrade on my phone but I would like to know what android version these people giving five stars to this app have on their phones. I am ready to sell it and go to a different brand of watch. Good luck!
