I've always had difficulty getting my Versa Lite to charge and now it doesn't work altogether and my Fitbit is dead

Hi, @Sharonneff , depending on how old your Versa is you may be able to get the charger replaced under guarantee. You can get in touch with Customer Service via Contact.Fitbit.com .
Alternatively you can buy a replacement from the Fitbit Store.
