My Versa Lite will not sync

I have tried the trouble shooting steps multiple times and my Versa Lite still won’t sync and refresh on the app.

Sync through what phone?

Have you checked the help docs?

Try clearing the cache and stopping the Fitbit app.

Do not remove the tracker from your accouny?

Hello!
Yes I have quit the app on my phone, and I have gone through all the troubleshooting steps. I have not removed the device from my account, but I have removed it from my Bluetooth devices on my phone, and re-paired it. I have an iPhone 11, and a versa lite.
