For the last two weeks my versa lite screen has not responded to my touch. I have restarted my versa many times and it refuses to listen to any touch other than the wake up taps. The alarm goes off and I can’t silence it, I have to restart the device for it to stop because I can’t even snooze it.
I just got this versa lite brand new 3 months ago! My Fiancé got the same kind and has no issue. What can I do??

I faced the exact same issue last month and upon reaching out to fitbit customer support, they sent me a new device. It reached me after a month (literally yesterday). You should probably do the same.
