I did not use Versa Lite for 6 months and now it won't start. Tried charging it for 2 hours. Sometimes the screen shows the logo but that's it. When I long press the side switch, nothing happens.

Hi @AvatarGirl, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite won't start up and it shows the Fitbit logo sometimes only. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

Fitbit Versa is junk, the battery lasts only just over a year until its out of warranty. And then Fitbit tells you there is nothing they can do about it because its out of warranty. Buy a different smartwatch.

Versa Lite is junk, mine stopped working just after the 1 year warranty and Fitbit refuses to do anything about it.

Have been a very long time Fitbit customer, my recent Versa Lite stopped working as soon as it was out of warranty and Fitbit refuses to replace/repair or do anything about it.
