Hi. My versa lite has been out of action for almost a week now since trying to update it! I’ve tried all the troubleshooting points that i’ve found on this community, however i’ve just seen that it tells you not to factory reset and i’ve done that? Will it have caused an issue with my versa lite? And will my fitbit ever be back in working action?
