Talk to customer service. I lose about 5% battery overnight and about 10-15% of battery during the day. That is with minimum notifications and all day syncing turned on. I am able to top off my battery while showering and getting ready for bed. This is the norm for battery life with average use.

I was really impressed initially.....but having altered nothing it’s losing over 75% in 24hrs. Which is poor in my opinion . I will monitor overnight tonight.

Thanks for the awesome help @Run_Epic! Nice to see you here @Uberdunk! If you are still experiencing a difficulty, I appreciate that you have shared your experience with Versa and for all the time and effort you have invested to solve this.
Please make sure that you have followed the tips and tricks provided in the help article Can I improve my Fitbit device's battery life?
Also, if you are using a 3rd party clock face switch it to an official Fitbit created clock face, 3rd party clock faces may drain the battery faster than the Fitbit ones.
Then, charge the battery to 100% (this process might take up to 2 hours) and don't charge until it fully drains. Once it's completely drained provide me with an update on how long the battery lasted.
Keep me posted!

I was having battery issues from the start. I called support and they told me to stop using a hub to charge my Versa and to plug directly into a computer to charge. This sounded very strange to me, but I had nothing to lose so I tried it. I went from having to charge daily to getting four days battery life as advertised. I still don't understand why it worked. So if anyone with battery issues is charging via a hub, try direct to a computer.

Hi...i have fully charged it and worn with power consuming apps and functions switched off. ..fitbits own watch face and the device was completely drained of juice in 25hrs!!!
That is very poor! Is my unit faulty or are all Versas doing this?
I would also like to say that having to switch apps off, switch off power using functions, use fitbits own watch face is all a bit pointless futile if the device cant handle it. It's like telling customers the car you make can do 70mpg ...but only if the car is sitting on the back of a low loader!
The versa had already started to improve my fitness with the motivation it provides bug frankly mine is now unwearable as I can't be sure it's not going to go flat on me and leave me without a watch !!!
