On Saturday my Fitbit showed it needed charging. I charged it but the charge did not hold - it was flat within 2 hours. Now it is completely dead. The screen is blank. It won't sync, charge or work in any way.
This is my 3rd or 4th!! Fitbit. All of them faulty within a year. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.

I had the same problem. Take a look at this article. Basically, you need to turn off the Automatic Time and then resync your watch.

Thank you but I can't do anything at all. It's going back - they'll either fix it or replace it
