My Versa is not holding a charge....?

In the last 24 hours I have fully recharged my Versa twice and it has drained to zero over just a couple of hours. 
What should I do? 
This is very frustrating to say the least

@TheRax Hello!  Have you tried restarting your Versa or performing a factory reset on the device?  To restart the device, see the instructions taken from this help article below.
