I've had my FitBit for TWO days. It was working great for the fist day and then stopped syncing. This board told me to delete the app, make it forget my device and start over. Annoying, but I did it. Now it wont connect. My app can find my Versa, but then says connecting to tracker...." for hours at a time with no change. Is there someone to help with this? an I take my fitbit into a store to help? Which? Wondering if I should've gotten the apple watch so I had help!
Thanks in advance.

Hi, put your Versa in the charger and connect it via USB to your PC. Set BT on your Versa to pairing and switch the BT settings on your PC on and press search for new BT device. Once your PC has found the Versa, you can close the BT settings on your PC. Go to the Fitbit app on your Mobile Device and make sure BT is enabled. If in the Fitbit app your Versa is present, go to your account, which is visible either on the right upper side of the screen next to the Versa icon, or otherwise on the bottom of the screen in your dashboard and press that. You will see on the page an item that says "setup a new device" and press that. You see a screen that asks you which device you want to install and choose Versa. It will ask you if you want to replace the current device and press yes. During this procedure keep your Versa in the charger and connected to your PC. The Fitbit app will go searching for your device and when it is found, you will see a four digit number on the screen of your Versa. Enter these in your Fitbit app on your mobile device and it will take you through several setup steps after which your Versa is connected to your Mobile Device.
One remark, to makes things easier: skip the Wifi settings step and press "later", otherwise your phone will keep on searching for your Wifi and it just takes too long.
When your Versa is connected to your device, press the Versa icon on top of your Dashboard, got to WiFi settings and press search. When found, enter manually the password of your router, mind this is Capital sensitive. If it does not find your network, press add network and enter name and password manually and you're done. Hope this helps. Good luck!!

Hi, pretty simple: go to your settings on your Versa, scroll down to BT and press the message "on" untill it says pairing. Good luck.
