I have tried everything> I have turned my bluetooth on and off...several times. I have uninstalled the app on my phone and then reinstalled it. I have reset the watch. I have turned my phone off and on several times, and I have made sure I have the latest updates on my phone. I am unable to reset-up my watch to the app now, as it is not recognizing it. This is my second Versa. Please help me. I love my watch, but I need it to be dependable.
My Versa hasn't synced since July 2, 2019. I've also tried everything. Getting ready to "remove device" and start all over. My dashboard shows latest stats but the app goes into a loop when I try to sync. So I need help too!
