My face also changed by itself (had a free fitbit face) - then I changed it back. Fine. Day later, it changed again! I changed it back and okay so far but NOW my updates are null. Can not locate my wifi despite logging app out; back in; walking watch close to wifi monitor; Nada. My watch will not turn off to reset it that way- I hold the left button and nothing happens. I am ready to quit, feeling hacked?!
Never had these issues in past year. 🧐😑

In order to restart the Fitbit Versa you need to press and hold the back and bottom buttons for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the buttons.
To resolve syncing issues, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps.
