My Versa is not syncing

First there was the flickering screen and now my lovely Versa isn't synching.  I have turned it off and on and uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

 

Why do Fitbit devices not last linger than 1.5 years? And why do I have to  keep replaxing them???

 

Can anyone help me before I get offered 30% off at the store?

 

This is ridiculous.  I'm on Fitbit #6 in 7 years.  I've sweated through 2 Surges, 2 Blazes, and 2 Versas...next time, I buy a Garmin. 

 

Any advice (other than factory reset)?  That's what killed my last Versa.  I just want the silly thing to synch.
