My Versa is not working

I’ve had my Versa for 9 months. It has been working fine. Over the last couple of days, it is all over the place. It is randomly vibrating, selecting its own apps and generally acting on its own without accepting input from me. I have restarted a few times, synced it with my iPhone etc but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

Hi @Versa_Girl, welcome to the community.

 

Seeing as the restarts didn't fix the issue, the only other option you really have (before contacting customer support) is to try a factory reset. If you decide to do this make sure to first sync your steps to your phone/account, remove the Versa from your account and then perform the factory reset.
