My Versa is not working

So my fourth Fitbit has failed in 5 years. And as per usual, Fitbit has offered a lowly 35% discount, for a product that died right out of warranty. 

Recently a lot of the Fitbit were on sale, so the code is quite worthless and I brought it up with customer service, in which they responded they have no control of other retailers. This is quite an insult given they are not really offering much value here. 

Just sharing for future reference so you don’t have to go through the pain with customer service who tells you that their warranty is only 1 year and clearly documented.
