My Versa is showing the wrong date

Why can't I put the correct date for my versa?

You can't manually set the date (or time) but it should reset itself whenever it syncs to your phone based on the date/time on that device. Does your fitbit seem to be syncing ok?

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Community Forums. 

As @SteveH has mentioned, keep in mind that your Versa may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

My fitbit has the exact right time, things a lil better than the were it used to 6 months or so out of date, now its only around 5 days!

Update: Yeah it syncs fine. It's not a major issue I just never understand it!

Well no, it still won't show correct date etc but I'm over it!

that's how my issue started...wrong date, like it wasn't syncing up, then losing charge very quickly, then glitchy screen, and then I've tried a hundred factory re-sets (initially for first few times I got the fitbit screen like you're supposed to, but it didn't restart, and then next few times just got a black screen with a glowing blue edge, and now just black, no life at all)...something has definitely gone wrong after recent updates I think.

Mine has NEVER shown the correct sate, nor did my previous one! I thought it was something I had done wrong!

Check your Time zone .  Mine just recently after a trip stayed in the other time zone .

The date was a day ahead and time was slightly out also
