My Versa isn't giving me my notifications when I get text. I have deleted it and reinstalled it and it's still not working. Need help to get this fixed

Hi @KaMisha81  What phone are you using? Isnit on the Supported Devices List?

Unfortunately that isnt a Supported phone, which could well be the problem. All you can do is try all the suggestions in the article I linked above.

Yes it is it worked before and I was getting all my notifications it just stopped working a couple days ago. I still get my calls and calendar notifications just not my text.

The problem with unsupported phones, although they may work fine, is that when something changes (usually an update to phone or tracker), the connection can be lost, and as the phone is not supported, no one is working towards getting it going again.
