Prior to the last update, I was receiving all notifications to my Versa (calls, texts and emails). Now, only call and email notifications will come through. I chatted and they said it's because my Galaxy S10+ isn't on the list of fully supported devices. Funny, everything had been working GREAT since May with my phone and my Versa, until the latest update. Hmmmmmm. To me, that would indicate a problem with their latest software release. Not my phone. All was well with my notifications until I updated! Annoying. Please fix the issue, not blame my phone.

@keepswimming2 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your phone stopped receiving text notifications. There are phones that are not in the supported devices list and this is the reason why there are features that won't work properly.
I totally understand how frustrating this is for you since this helps us to keep improving.
