My Versa recorded steps overnight

I got my Versa on Wednesday. It worked great yesterday and I was happy with it. However, this morning, my steps won't reset to zero. Instead they went from 16-something when I went to bed to 13,000 when I woke up. Ive s

Tried restarting both my phone and the Versa, I've ahut Versa down completely, I've attempted to resync the fitbit app...nothing is working. Any suggestions?

Mine did the same thing it gave me 50,000 steps overnight! Idk how to get them off!

Hi,

 

This worked for me as far as showing no steps in the morning when the watch sitting on a table overnight.

1.  Turn off "All Day Sync" in the app.

2.  Re-start the watch

 

It may not clear the current step count but should show 0 in the morning.  Hope this helps.
