My Versa's screen is unresponsive

My versa is not turning on, won't restart and won't reset. It is not out of battery, but when I charge it, it lights up and viberate randomly. I have checked all the articles relating to this topic but none of them help. I am getting quiet frustrated as this is my third fitbit to break within a year.

Hello,

Could you please let us know how we can fix that issue? I have the same issue wit my VERSA 2. Touch screen is not responding properly. It has a lagging response time. I could not even go through the settings, setting alarms or any other things.

@Caraghb0123, You are very welcome. By the way, I'm sorry for the delayed reply.

@adriantraila81, I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit forums. I got in touch with our Customer Service team in regards to the unresponsive screen issue that your Fitbit Versa 2 experienced and told me that they took care of your case as well and you will be back on track with a replacement unit. That's great news!

As a side note, I'd like to invite you to visit our Discussions board where you can share your experiences, meet people and create new topics.

Hope to see you guys in our Fitbit Community more often! 😀

I'm having the exact same problems with my Versa 2. The screen is unresponsive, and sometimes the Versa 2 will randomly restart itself.

I've tried manually restarting, even factory reset, but it won't improve. What can I do?

Please share what you found out. My sister and I got our versas last year and I hate to think I have to buy another expensive watch. My watch doesn’t show anything on the screen but the lights on the back are on and it vibrates at random times (just now while laying on the dresser waking me up hence this post at midnight). Plus it’s very difficult to turn off the vibration once it starts...help. My sisters at least shows her screen right now but it comes and goes and her time is never right once it comes back on.

Hello. So far, I don't know the reasons of my issue. Being under warranty, the custom service recommended an replacement with a new tracker. As I understood from your comment it seems that yours are also under warranty period. The best is to contact the customer service and explain your issue and for sure they will be quiet happy to help you. Good luck!
