My Versa screen is glitching

My Vera screen is glitching or not showing up at all. When it’s fully charged it goes good for a few minutes before glitching and the same when I reset it

@Taylah_brooksie welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the display is glitching even though you have restarted it before contacting our forums.

 

Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party and see if the issue gets fixed.
