Versa will not turn on

My versa shut off last night and it won’t turn back on. I tried charging it, and it is totally dead. The battery was not dead when it shut off. The versa is only 9 months old. Not sure what to do? Are there warranties on the Versa?

Thanks for any suggestions.

I have just realized that the watch is actually on but the screen is dead. I can open the App on my phone see my heart rate, so the watch is working. I wonder if the screen is broken?
