My Versa stopped working

I received my Versa as a Christmas present and today the screen went black and I can't get it back on. It was working fine and then it just stopped. I've had other Fitbit's and never had any problems.

I had the same happen last weekend and they sent a replacement.  Try to restart and reset it.  Charge it up and see if it comes back on. Call customer service and they will walk you through the steps.
