My Versa will not sync.

My Versa will not sync. I have reinstalled the app, turned the Bluetooth off/on several times and even restarted my phone ~ nothing is working. I have over 10,000 steps and it shows like 33 steps taken. Help.

my Fitbit has not been syncing for weeks.  about to return it. Tried everything.

I had a suggestion that worked for me. Turn off your Fitbit ~ hold the button on the left and the bottom button on the right at the same time until the logo appears. Let go, when it turns back on I was able to sync it.
