My Versa won't sync

Cant Sync my versa keep trying to Sync and wont connect. I'm holding my phone and wearing my Versa!!! I no longer cant get notifications on my Versa? What is happening? I know its charged and I'm within range? Is my Versa gone?

Hi, switch off your Versa by pressing the left and right lower button untill the Fitbit logo flashes and the watch turns off. Leave it of for a few minutes and switch it on again.If it still does not work, repeat this procedure. Hope this will work, if not you probably have to perform a factory reset.

Hey @DQ28, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! If your Versa isn't syncing with your phone, I'd like to ask you this, what type of phone are you using? Is it a compatible device? In the meantime, try the troubleshooting in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
