My data is wrong after updating the Fitbit app

I updated my Versa 2. But I probably didn't do it correctly. It started like I was new on Wednesday. But then my weekly report shows Monday's and Tuesday's information. How do I link it back to combine the old and the new. I'm not very tech savvy.

To better assist you, may I know if you did sync before proceeding to update your Fitbit app?

In the meantime, I'd recommend trying the following steps:

  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Restart your Fitbit device
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app
  • Sync your Fitbit device
