So I'm hoping that since having issues with my Fitbit Versa Lite I decided to come onto this community page and see what other issues both positive and bad users were having.
Was a relief to see many others suffering the same issues as I knew was a Fitbit issue rather than an individual issue.
Was also reassuring to see not everyone had been affected by the issue and gave me hope that my Fitbit might come back to life.
Fitbit customer service had sent me a replacement Versa Lite that couldn't hold a charge and immediately reported it as faulty. Was told to turn it on/off and charge four times and that should fix issue. Unfortunately this didn't work.
2nd Versa Lite sent out and seems to have same battery issue. But Fitbit have seemed to have worked behind the scenes and original Versa Lite is now in a position where I can tolerate it not syncing overnight or not after 5 minutes of non use.

@RicardoFitbit @EdsonFitbit I was wondering if either of you can actually reply to the private messages that you asked me to reply to. You asked 5 times for me to reply but you have not replied.
So if you could reply to them be great. After all if can reply here then doesn't hurt to reply to messages either
