It is been two weeks trying to get a replace watch for my FITbit Versa 3 which the face came off and all the data stop working and I can't slide through or see anything but the time. Customer service is the worst and has not been helpful in resolving this issue. I've only had this watch since February and the face came off and hanging by a thread... They make this replace impossible and a short turn around to exchange to the store for full price so be very careful in purchasing something this expensive becaue I had Versa 2 and the same thing happen but there will be no third time a charm for me.
