I have to say, after my experience with my FitBit Versa 2, I'd have to think seriously long and hard before I ever considered spending money on a FitBit product again. It does some things well, but the support, software and attitude of the company have been incredibly disappointing.

I am totally frustrated I have been in contact with Fitbit since April 2020. I have 25+ emails and numerous phone calls. I’ve been deliberately disconnected 2 times. My fitbit is defective and my husband was, also. Fitbit replaced his but will not replace mine. On 2 different occasions I was sent emails for replacement only to then receive emails saying my tracker was already replaced. It’s the company’s way of stringing me along. Yes we will, no we won’t. It’s under warranty, I only had this item for 4 months. $179 plus tax is way too much money for 4 months of use.  All the emails and phone calls, all the time involved...don’t buy fitbit it’s like throwing your money away. I strongly suggest a competitors tracker.
