After 2 years 50 emails and 4 replacements I have received a refund

Watch would state 7000 steps for less than a mile walked when I actually cycled 32 miles. 

• 29 plus incorrect readings with screenshots. Do not give up if you are unhappt

So I should must accept poor product and throw away £118 

I work too hard for my money to throw it away but if I give you my details  will, you send me another £118. Been enough comments where all that was offered was30 percent discount on a new watch so not wiling to accept p I  s poor service.support even refused to provide registered address for complaints head office

I wasn't making any judgement at all; just wondering if you would do it again if you know it was going to be that difficult.

Sorry for the abrupt reply and yes I would. 

No reason to allow them to get away with poor service and poor product. 

To refuse to give HO  address was farcical and made me even more determined 

When I worked I made sure my clients were happy and they would recommend me now have a Huawei watch for 48 pounds which works perfectly so actually in profit which is more than can be said for fitbit and me.
