My experience with Versa 2 and Customer Service

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

So been a Fitbit customer for over 8 yrs and on my 3rd Fitbit. Other 2 lasted 1.5yrs each.

thought great finally a Fitbit smartwatch that will last. But I’m wrong. After 3 yrs my screen is now unresponsive on certain functions suddenly.

The watch is out of warranty so asked to spend more money. I think over £300 on Fitbit watches is a ridiculous amount of money to have spent already.

I want to know if others have had this issue of watches failing suddenly? At this rate I will not be spending money on Fitbit anymore.

The same thing suddenly happened with my Versa 3. Screen initially was unresponsive for a week or so, but clock etc was working.  Now, it won't charge, I can't reset it and it appears completely dead!
