My experience with Versa 2 devices

My Versa 2 suddenly went into the green screen of death. This was a replacement for a previously faulty unit and it's been less than a year since the replacement. I have tried holding down the button, but the green screen pops right back up. Are these supposed to be disposable units? May be time to look at other smart watches because Fitbit is not it.

If you find a smart watch that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, let me know. I had a swipe issue on this Versa 2 and the last one I had. Each one started to malfunction just past the warranty date. They wouldn't replace the last one and I had to buy a discounted one. I am fighting them for replacement on this one.  watch that lasts just over a year.......seriously?????
