My husband just got me the Versa 2 for my birthday 😩. I was not going to continue with Fitbit … this is the 4th one in 3 years they just don’t last. I am hoping for a better result, but not holding my breath.

Hi there, @Rath67. Welcome to the Community Forums. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services into consideration.
Our products are indeed designed and made to last (this goes for each product component) however, there is not an infallible way to ensure that no issues will be present in the long run. Because of this, our Warranty Policy is set into providing as much coverage as we can, side by side with our customer service and we always make sure our engineering team is informed about it so that we can keep moving forward in improving our products and services. This doesn't have relation with a warranty co termination.
