Sad day. After being a Fitbit user since the clip-on in 2009, I put my Versa 2 in the trash yesterday and got an Apple Watch. For two weeks I scoured these boards and tried all the “fixes” — Nothing worked, always the flashing logo. Combine this with the other issues: a watch face that fell off dangling from its connections one month after the warranty expired and reductions to functionality with the new upgrade (inability to re-categorize exercise etc.) — It was clear that these are all known problems that Fitbit chooses not to address beyond a desultory contribution to a new purchase of a product with known and unacknowledged/unaddressed issues. So I said goodbye to my old friend.

Hi there, @kaliaja. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to let you go. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services into consideration. We truly appreciate you've taken the time to share your experience with your Versa 2 and your efforts in trying to solve the issue on your own prior to posting here.
Please note that our products are indeed designed and made to last (this goes for each product component) however, there is not an infallible way to ensure that no issues will be present in the long run. Because of this, our Warranty Policy is set into providing as much coverage as we can. I would've been so glad to help you with your Versa 2 and the issues you were experiencing.
I'll be around if there's anything I can do for you in the future.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...
