I really dislike my Versa 3.  Not a patch on my original Versa.  Next purchase won't be Fitbit.

Hi @Jo_R_Australia - it is true the original Versa is an excellent product, everything works normally.

 

There can be specific issues with the versa 3 which may be resolvable.

 

If you post in the forum what is not working you may get some pointers.

Faceplate came off at 11 months incredibly enough Fitbit does not consider Amazon (The largest retailer in the world) as an authorized seller and therefore it does not honor the warranty.... I have found Fitbit products to be nothing more than a rental.... they're much better quality products on the market...I'm moving to an Apple watch

@teddy0627a As you can see here, Amazon is indeed an authorized retailer. https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/partners/retailers 

But Amazon is also a marketplace. It would have to have said shipped and sold by Amazon in your cart. If it was sold be a 3rd party, that's why you wouldn't be covered.
