My experience with Versa 3

My Versa 3 has always been a bit temperamental, purchased late August 2022.  Today it has decided to dump the fitbit logo on the screen and keep refreshing every few seconds.

Spoke to fitbit support, went through all resets, no joy.  So was told to wait for forms etc to replace.

Just received my email offering a discount off a new one! as warranty expired.  Not really what I wanted to hear! Only 3mths out and not a mark on it.  Seems suspicious it fails just out of warranty...... let's hope someone from fitbit picks this up and can help.

Also, Sale of Goods Act (SOGA) meets or exceeds most of the directive's requirements, this overrides the EU directive. The act requires three things: the goods must be as described; they must be of satisfactory quality, which is determined by description, price, durability, freedom from minor defects; and they must be fit for purpose

However, SOGA provides cover for goods bought for up to six years – in England and Wales, so surely the product must be replaced?
