Beware of buying fitbit products.
Make sure you have warranty because I didn't think I needed the extended warranty. I thought fitbit was a solid product.
I owned my fitbit versa since it came out. I preordered the versa and used it ever since until yesterday 6-17-18. It started shutting down on its own and I had to turn it back on. Then it just restarting itself. Every hour or so it shuts down and back on it would show the different time. I had tried factory resetting 3 times. It still shuts down on its on. I am so depressed because it is expensive.
Mind as well buy the apple watch.
Think twice about the fitbit product.

If bought from fitbit or an authorised reseller, it will come with at least a 12 month warranty.
As @WendyB says, contact customer support, they should take care of you and discuss your warranty options.

Thank you to @WendyB and @N8teGee.
I opened up a case with Fitbit about the versa situations. A team member name Wilson M told me it could be the firmware but I wonder how can ths tbe if I did 3 factory reset and had the watch setup with the Wi-Fi install.
After each setup after each factory reset. After I leave the watch on for a hour. No more than 2 hours it would shut off by it self.
I gave a picture of my online reciept to fitbit. And yes I had bought the fitbit versa from the main website fitbit.com.
I am waiting for their email response.
I thinking about sending it back. Anyone knows if I should do that?
Thankyou fitbit community. I still wish my versa is working...

Thank you @WendyB and @N8teGee and fitbit team.
I would have to take back my topic of stating beware of fitbit products. The watch was acting up because of outdated firmware. Sorry Fitbit
Some of the fitbit team memberd Wilson and Joshua was helping out through the email customer support. It seem that because of the firmware needed to be updated. The watch is not turning off after 1 hour. I stayed on through out the night. I am glad that my watch is not defected.
I am alittle paranoid if the watch will turn off by it self in the future.
I hope the watch can still function normally even with a outdated firmware or it won't cause any trouble in the updated firmware.
"Crosses fingers"
Thankyou fitbit communtiy and have a nice day everyone.
